Job Title: Order Fulfilment Representative
Location: Ivertec Office, Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry
About the Role:
Ivertec is seeking an organised and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Representative to support our order management and service delivery process.
This role is critical to ensuring our residential and business customers receive a smooth, timely, and professional installation experience. You’ll be responsible for managing broadband and telecoms installations, coordinating with field teams, processing service requests, and handling administrative tasks related to order fulfillment and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate broadband installations, service upgrades, and customer relocations.
- Submit service requests for new Fibre (FTTx) installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Provision VoIP services and manage number porting for customers.
- Configure and dispatch routers for Fibre customers and support-related replacements.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding installation progress and service updates.
- Provide remote support to field engineers and contractors via phone, email, and SMS.
- Set up new customers for invoicing and ensure accurate billing, including invoicing for applicable call-outs.
- Generate weekly reports on order volumes and service activity.
- Monitor and manage basic stock levels for hardware and equipment.
- Assist with B2B order delivery and other service functions where necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
